CFO Pricing Structure

It is our preference to offer the CFO Service at a fixed monthly cost, for an agreed period.

We feel this is in keeping with the concept of 'functional delegation' and enables us to be proactive therefore ensuring maximum value is delivered. It also helps to protect you against unexpected surprises.

Of course the scope is flexible and will depend on your current situation, available resources, capacity and time frames.

However by way of example the following service would cost $1,650 (including GST) per month (approximately 140 hours pa) and includes:

2 x board meetings pa:

• Strategic planning days, including review of past performance, update of current initiatives, and financial analysis and development of future strategy.
• Approx 16 hours each: 4 hour meeting, 12 hours preparation

8 x management meetings pa:

• Presentation, discussion and dissemination of actual to budget, KPI's,
• Financial coaching for business owner and/or staff e.g. accountability for line management, development and implementation of appropriate initiatives e.g. management reporting, information or control systems, refresh cash flow forecasts
• Approximately 12 hours each month: 2-4 hour meeting, 8 hours preparation)

• Top of mind issues,
• Support for bookkeeper/finance function,
• Liaise with external professionals
